Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our Liquor sales operations in the designated Delhi territory for liquor sale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients and distributors, ensuring brand visibility, and driving market growth while adhering to all industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager, preferably within the liquor, Alco-Bev Industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to analyze liquor sales data, understand market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Delhi Liquor sale market and its specific regulatory environment is highly desirable.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
