The Listing Agent is responsible for sourcing, securing, and managing exclusive property listings while ensuring accurate pricing, strategic marketing, and maximum exposure across all platforms. This role focuses on building strong relationships with property owners, maintaining high-quality listings, and driving inquiries that convert into successful transactions. The Listing Agent plays a key role in establishing XIS Real Estate as the trusted advisory partner for sellers and landlords.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new property listings through direct outreach, referrals, property visits, and relationship-building with owners and landlords.
  • Conduct property evaluations, market assessments, and comparative analyses to recommend accurate listing prices.
  • Prepare listing agreements, owner documentation, and ensure full compliance with DARI and developer requirements.
  • Coordinate professional photography, videography, virtual tours, and marketing content to present each listing at the highest standard.
  • Upload, update, and manage listings across portals and company platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, company website, CRM).
  • Ensure all listing details (pricing, sizes, payment plans, service charges, facilities, handover dates) are accurate and consistently updated.
  • Generate and track inquiries driven from listings and collaborate with Sales Advisors to ensure leads are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with owners regarding viewings, feedback, offers, and market conditions.
  • Assist in offer negotiation and closing processes when required, working closely with the sales team.
  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and ensure all listings and activities are logged accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in real estate listing management in the UAE is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and property evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords and property owners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple listings.
  • Knowledge of online property portals and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
