Olena Real Estate LLC OPC, a growing and professional real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is hiring an experienced Listing Agent / Property Consultant to focus on property acquisition, owner relationships, and exclusive listings across prime Abu Dhabi communities.

This role is ideal for agents with strong market knowledge and proven experience in sourcing and managing listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new property listings (apartments, villas, townhouses)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords
• Conduct property inspections, valuations, and viewings
• Prepare listings with accurate pricing, descriptions, photos, and details
• Upload, manage, and optimize listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and other portals
• Coordinate closely with sales and leasing teams
• Maintain exclusive, high-quality, and compliant inventory
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Listing Agent / Property Consultant in Abu Dhabi
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Experience working with Bayut, Property Finder, and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
