Listing Agent / Realestate

• Communicate with property owners to keep up-to-date with available properties for sale or leasing.
• Work closely with the sales and leasing team to ensure property details, such as photos and descriptions, are accurate and shared with potential clients.
• Organize property viewings, highlighting the features and advantages of each property to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners by understanding their needs and offering accordingly.
• Assist owners in negotiating sales and lease terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Assist in preparing and processing agreements and related documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients effectively and negotiate agreements.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in interactions with both clients and colleagues.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
