Role Overview
The Listing Coordinator is responsible for managing all listing-related activities to ensure our inventory is accurate, appealing, and updated across all digital platforms. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with agents, photographers, marketing, and admin teams to maintain the highest listing standards.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management

Create, update, and maintain property listings across portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, company website).

Ensure all listings meet quality standards including correct pricing, location, description, and compliance details.

Verify all required documents (Form A, title deed, passports, etc.) before publishing.

Track listing expirations, renewals, and performance metrics.
Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with sales agents to collect property details, approvals, and updates.

Schedule and manage property photography/videography sessions with the media team.

Liaise with the marketing team for premium promotions, featured listings, and campaigns.

Communicate with clients where required to update information or arrange viewing permissions.
Quality Control

Review listing photos, videos, and content to ensure accuracy and high presentation standards.

Perform regular audits on all listings to check for errors, duplicates, outdated information, or missing documents.

Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies on all listings.
Reporting & Admin

Prepare weekly reports on listing performance, portal leads, and agent inventory.

Maintain listing trackers and ensure accurate record-keeping in CRM systems.

Support in preparing brochures, property information packs, and internal documentation.
Requirements
Education & Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate admin, listing coordination, or similar role.

Experience in Dubai real estate market preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Dubai property portals and listing best practices.

Excellent written English, attention to detail, and copywriting ability for listings.

Strong coordination, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, PropSpace, or similar).

Good understanding of RERA documentation and compliance.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
