Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin & Listing Coordinator with a mandatory background in Dubai real estate. The ideal candidate will manage administrative operations while ensuring accurate and high-performing property listings across major UAE platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and coordination
  • Handle calls, emails, and internal communication
  • Maintain company records, files, and documentation
  • Prepare reports and assist management with administrative support
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

Listing Coordination

  • Upload and manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and updated regularly
  • Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
  • Coordinate with agents for property details and media
  • Monitor listing performance and remove inactive listings
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate advertising guidelines

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
  • Proven experience in admin and/or listing coordination
  • Familiarity with UAE property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Hindi is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Profile

  • Experience handling high-volume listings
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

  • between 3000 AED to 4500 AED (based on experience)
