We are a growing real estate company in Dubai and are looking for a serious detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Listing Coordinator / GM Assisting to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, updating real estate portals, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the GM and sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut and Property Finder
- Ensure property details, photos, and descriptions are accurate and updated
- Update listing status regularly (Available / Rented / Sold / Expired)
- Manage and maintain property database and CRM records
- Coordinate with agents regarding listing updates, documents, and property information
- Remove duplicate or outdated listings from portals
- Manage company property inventory and maintain organized records
- Assist in acquiring new clients (buyers and sellers) on a daily basis
- Communicate with property owners and potential clients when required
- Assist the GM with administrative and operational tasks
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation of listings and transactions
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in real estate listing coordination or administrative role preferred
- Familiarity with Bayut and Property Finder
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional voice
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Canva
- Basic content editing and simple design skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
- Fast learner with attention to detail
Growth & Incentives
- Monthly performance incentives will be introduced after 3–4 months based on performance.
- After 6 months, the permanent salary will be revised based on performance and contribution to the company.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
