Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Call Coordinator to manage client inquiries and support our real estate operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Understand and assess client requirements (buying/renting)
- Present suitable property options based on client needs
- Coordinate with agents to confirm unit availability
- Schedule and organize property viewings
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems / Excel
- Ensure prompt and high-quality client communication at all times
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Female candidates are strongly preferred
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
