Listing & Marketing Coordinator for a High-Producing Real Estate Team


Our fast-paced, high-producing real estate team is looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Listing Coordinator to join our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the marketing and operational sides of real estate and who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.


The Listing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring our listings are presented at the highest level across all platforms while also helping support the team with important administrative tasks.

Compensation:

$46,500 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute marketing for all new listings
  • Coordinate listing photography, videography, and other media
  • Order and track signage, lockboxes, and other listing materials
  • Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and listing booklets for client-facing use
  • Post and promote listings across social media platforms and sites such as Craigslist
  • Ensure all marketing aligns with the team’s established branding, color schemes, and aesthetic
  • Maintain listing marketing timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with administrative support for the team, including:
  • Coordinating with our courier for pickups and deliveries
  • Intaking resale certificates
  • Handling client earnest money and related documentation
  • Maintain organization of digital files and marketing assets
  • Posting client reviews, client closing photos, team birthdays, holidays, and office closures, among other things, to our social media pages
  • Creating business cards and email signatures for team licensees
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding licensees to the team
Qualifications:
  • Real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain a license
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Marketing, graphic design, or real estate marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eye for design and ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills
