Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to support attorneys with day-to-day litigation tasks. This role is ideal for someone with personal injury experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a high-performing legal team.

Responsibilities
Provide regular updates to clients and maintain accurate case documentation
Draft and proofread pleadings and legal correspondence under attorney supervision
Prepare and track discovery requests, subpoenas, and related deadlines
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting materials
Schedule hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related events
Assist in gathering and reviewing records, evidence, and case materials
Support case preparation for depositions, mediations, and trial
Perform general administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Requirements:
Associate’s degree, paralegal certificate, or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience as a litigation assistant, legal assistant, or in a legal administrative role
Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, premises liability, or other injury-related practice areas preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Familiarity with litigation processes, including discovery, court filings, and case management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management systems (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar) preferred
This position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not available

Hourly Range: $25.00-$30.00
