Summary

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in the heart of the legal sector. This role is pivotal in supporting our litigation efforts and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible representation. The position is based in Tulsa, where you will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding legal services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision.
• Prepare for court appearances, including trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and developments.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• At least four (4) years of experience as a litigation associate.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong negotiation skills are highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
