Litigation Associate

Well-established 15 lawyer Austin firm seeks attorney with 5-8 years of strong experience in real estate, business or insurance defense litigation. Real estate litigation experience a plus. Strong academics and good writing skills required.

Experience with drafting discovery, motions and other pleadings and with covering hearings and depositions is required.

This position will give an ambitious lawyer the chance to develop as a litigator, as well as the opportunity to learn how to build a book of business.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
