Litigation Associate

Seeking a mid-level Associate to join our Litigation business unit in Southern California. The Associate can sit in Los Angeles or San Diego. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have 3+ years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience

Experience working with e-discovery software

Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills

Strong academic credentials

Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
