Responsibilities:

• Represent clients throughout all stages of litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle written discovery, motions, and court appearances
• Draft and review a wide range of litigation documents and motions
• Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships
