Role Description

Full-time, on-site Litigation Associate in Cedarhurst, NY. The attorney will oversee active litigation matters from filing through judgment, including drafting pleadings, motions, and affidavits, coordinating appearances, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role involves occasional court appearances and close collaboration with paralegals and support staff to maintain efficient case flow.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York
• 2–4 years of litigation experience (collections or commercial preferred)
• Strong writing, research, and negotiation skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a high caseload
• Comfortable working independently and with a small team
• Experience with NYSCEF and court appearances required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
