  • Must be actively licensed in California
  • Must have 2+ years litigation experience (ideal range is 2+ through mid-level)

Job Description
  • Manage a caseload of litigated matters from intake through resolution
  • Drive trial prep: case strategy, discovery planning, records review, witness workups, and client interviews
  • Take and defend depositions and support expert discovery when needed
  • Draft and argue motions and support hearing preparation
  • Conduct legal research and write clear, persuasive briefs
  • Communicate with clients and keep matters moving with urgency and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with a strong litigation team while owning your assignments
Requirements:
Qualifications
  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 2+ years litigation experience (defense preferred but not required if the experience is comparable)
  • Strong writing, research, and practical judgment in fast-moving cases
  • Confident deposition and motion practice skills (or clear readiness to grow into them)
  • Professional, client-facing communication and the ability to work independently
