A wide range of subject areas in the professional liability space provides broad experience for a talented attorney who wishes to join a success-driven, vibrant team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Being involved in claims and cases from start to finish
• Thinking analytically
• Conducting client meetings
• Investigating facts and analyzing circumstances of claims/lawsuits to recommend defense strategies to clients
• Researching and crafting persuasive briefs
• Planning and implementing all discovery
• Interviewing witnesses
• Conducting depositions
• Presenting motions at oral hearings
• Conducting settlement conferences and mediations
• Briefing appeals
• Opportunities for client marketing activities and conferences

• Active Georgia license in good standing

• Strong persuasive writing, analytical and oral and written communications skills

• 3-5 years’ experience in defense litigation; solid insurance defense experience; professional liability and/or coverage litigation experience a plus
