Litigation Associate - Public Entities

We are seeking an associate with at least 2 years of experience to join the expanding Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Public law experience from city attorney's office, public law firm, or law firm that handles public law work
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
• Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive legal issues
• Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules
• Participate in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Thrive in a collegial, fast-paced environment with opportunities for early responsibility and direct client interaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
