Litigation Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic Lemon Law legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation including discovery, pleadings, hearings, negotiations, mediations. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court, preparing legal documents, and providing expert advice on legal matters.

Duties

• Represent clients in litigation cases, including trials and hearings.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare case strategies and develop arguments to support clients' positions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case developments.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive representation.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred.
• Civil Litigation
• Billing
• Strong skills in legal writing and drafting are essential.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
