Litigation Attorney

Lasater & Martin, P.C., a mid-sized law firm, is expanding and looking to hire attorneys to work in our Greenwood Village office. This office has a busy civil litigation defense practice that continues to grow. We are looking for attorneys with 5+ years of experience that are dedicated and hard-working, but ideal candidates will also be fun, passionate, creative, and not afraid of challenges. The candidate could expect to handle a diverse portfolio of cases, including, but not limited to: product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, employment issues, auto liability, wrongful death claims, excessive use of force, and other general liability issues; our office tries a lot of cases, so you should have a passion for litigation. The salary starts at $140K, depending on relevant experience, and includes a generous bonus plan, excellent benefits (health insurance, 401(k) with employer contributions, generous PTO, parking, and access to a building gym), as well as a unique environment that fosters personal and professional growth. The salary is negotiable for candidates with portable business and/or strong trial experience.
