Litigation Attorney — Full-Time | Glendale, CA

Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 per year (DOE + Bonuses)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST

Location: In-office | Glendale, California

We are hiring for a California Plaintiffs law firm dedicated to fighting for fairness and protecting everyday people. Our team represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters - including Employment Law and Landlord-Tenant.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Litigation Attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll take ownership of your caseload from start to finish while collaborating with a supportive team that values precision, strategy, and justice.

You’ll handle:

• Managing your own caseload of active litigation matters
• Conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and trial documents
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Negotiating settlements and advocating for client interests
• Providing clear communication and legal guidance throughout each case
• Staying current on California civil, employment, and consumer laws

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license or Awaiting Results
• Experience in litigation is preferred but not required :
• Excellent writing, research, and negotiation skills
• Confidence managing cases independently while collaborating with a team
• A results-driven mindset and genuine passion for advocacy
