Litigation Attorney

Yatooma Law, P.C. is a fast-growing practice seeking tenacious attorneys to join our team. We are hiring only zealous advocates with outstanding writing and oratory skills. Remote or hybrid work available:

Compensation package begins at $80k. Profit-sharing is available. Full-time, part-time, flex-time, and independent contractor arrangements are also available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze complex legal issues, including but not limited to franchisor liability, legal malpractice, commercial transactions, and privacy violations.
• Draft compelling submissions for state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Prepare for and present oral argument in the state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Collaborate with colleagues on creative case strategies.
• Contribute to the firm’s thoughtful leadership through written and oral presentations.

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Michigan (or eligible for admission).
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and public speaking abilities.
• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for challenging legal work.
• Six plus years of litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to distill complex legal issues into concise, persuasive arguments
• Prior law review articles or other legal publications.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
