Litigation Attorney

Boutique civil litigation firm seeks an experienced Attorney for a full-time, in-office position. The firm’s primary emphasis consists of defending medical and professional negligence claims, along with some commercial litigation. This position will involve taking responsibility for litigation files, including preparing and arguing motions, managing discovery, conducting depositions, appearing in court, performing legal research, and attending trials. Candidates should be highly motivated, have courtroom and trial experience, and possess strong written and verbal advocacy skills. Admission to the Missouri Bar is required, and licensure in Illinois is advantageous.
