Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney– Medium-sized civil litigation law firm seeks attorney for a full-time or part-time associate position. The firm specializes in traditional commercial general liability areas such as construction, product and premises liability, transportation, retail and hospitality. We also provide consulting, representation and training to businesses of all sizes in various industries to ensure a full-service, high quality experience for our clients.

We provide a collaborative and relaxed atmosphere, encourage growth, development, and mentoring opportunities in a hybrid office environment. Candidates must have excellent litigation, communication, research and writing skills. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to legal research; preparation of legal memoranda; written discovery; document review and production; law and motion; conduct depositions; all facets of case management; alternative dispute resolution; and court proceedings. Experience with depositions and expert discovery required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
