Litigation Attorney

Eisinger Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing firm. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented attorney who can manage litigation matters independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals
• Draft, review, and argue motions and other court filings
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of civil litigation
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Self-starter who can work independently while also being a team player
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
