Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery
• Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal legal developments
• Prepare for and attend trials, mediations, and arbitrations on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school (top 50 law universities)
• Active membership in local and state bar associations
• Minimum 2–6 years' experience litigation experience as an associate attorney
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Demonstrated experience in trials, mediations, and arbitrations
