Role Overview:
Hamassian Law, APC is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. This full-time, on-site role will be based in Sherman Oaks, CA. The Litigation Attorney will play an integral role in managing all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial. Responsibilities include drafting motions, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and preparing for and conducting depositions and trials. The attorney will also be responsible for developing case strategies, gathering evidence, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including drafting motions, legal briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for settlement or trial.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Prepare witnesses and clients for depositions and trials, ensuring full preparedness and adherence to legal protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to gather evidence, review case files, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress, legal options, and case developments.
• Provide expert legal counsel, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and the highest standard of representation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, with demonstrated success in case management and trial preparation.
• Strong proficiency in legal procedures, drafting motions, and litigation strategy.
• In-depth understanding of trial procedures, deposition protocols, and courtroom dynamics.
• Proven ability to represent clients in depositions and trials.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and prioritize competing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
