Litigation Attorney (3-5 Years Experience)

Boutique IP Firm is seeking a motivated and confident Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.

Location: Hybrid (Either the Atlanta, GA or West Brach, Iowa office location)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle hearings, motion arguments, and other court appearances.
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Assist in trial preparation and trial support.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to overall case strategy.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to a U.S. state bar (in good standing).
• 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable and confident appearing in court.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Must have 3-6 years of litigation experience and have active U.S. State Bar (in good standing)

Preferred:

• Experience with corporate matters and/or intellectual property litigation or enforcement.
• Background working with complex commercial disputes.
• Intellectual Property Law experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
