Litigation Attorney (Associate/Of Counsel)

Lipinski Law is a litigation firm specializing in land use, environmental, real estate and governmental litigation. We are seeking a skilled litigator to assist with a heavy trial docket and complex motion practice.

Role Description

This is a remote position for an attorney with 3 to 7 years of litigation experience. The attorney will handle various litigation-related tasks, including drafting legal motions and briefs, representing clients in court hearings, managing cases through trial processes, conducting depositions and preparing discovery requests and responses. Other responsibilities include legal research and preparing strategies to effectively advocate for clients' interests.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of civil litigation experience (required).
• Experience and/or demonstrated interest in environmental law, land use/zoning and/or real estate litigation (preferred).
• Strong writing ability and ability to work independently on complex files.
• Experience preparing discovery requests and responses.
• Active member in good standing with the Indiana Bar.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
