- Legal Writing – Draft clear, persuasive motions and briefs that require minimal revision.
- Case Ownership – Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution with minimal supervision.
- Attorney in Office Leadership – Serve as senior legal presence and decision-maker when leadership is unavailable.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a civil litigation docket independently from intake through resolution.
- Produce clear, persuasive, and polished legal work that is filing-ready and requires minimal revision.
- Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
- Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
- Help the team meet deadlines through consistent organization and follow-up.
- Serve as the firm’s senior legal presence and maintain leadership continuity when the Managing Partner is unavailable.
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar license.
- Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience with proven excellence in legal writing and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cases from intake to resolution with sound judgment, professionalism.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple matters independently.
- Collaborative, reliable, and receptive to feedback.
