Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense 2+ years REQ)

We are a small but fast-growing insurance defense firm that handles premises liability and construction defect claims. We are ideally looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of practical experience working in civil defense - preferably in general liability - and we are willing to pay very competitively for the right candidate.

This job requires an attorney who is passionate, motivated, and conscientious about their work. More than anything else though, we want someone who genuinely enjoys working in litigation and wants to advance their career by becoming a better attorney.

This job also provides a great work atmosphere that will allow the right attorney to quickly advance to becoming a partner. Again, we're genuinely looking for an attorney who's going to make a career here.

The salary will be based on the attorney's practical experience and skill level, but will likely range from $130,000 to $175,000, including a favorable bonus structure.
