Litigation Attorney (Part-time, Contract, Remote)

Litigation Attorney (Remote, Part-time, Contract): Zerega Consulting is representing a boutique litigation practice in North Atlanta that is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to assist with a growing caseload. This is a flexible arrangement — approximately 20 hours a week . Ideal for an attorney who enjoys litigation, values autonomy, and wants to support a diverse practice without committing to a full-time role.

Responsibilities :

• Drafting motions, pleadings, agreements, and court filings
• Conducting legal research and advising on case strategy

Qualifications :

• Active Georgia bar license
• J.D. from a top tier law school

Ideal Candidate:

• Litigation experience (family law is a plus)
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Professionalism, responsiveness, and independence

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in family law, civil litigation, criminal defense and appeals, and personal injury
• Strong attention to detail
• works efficiently

Pay range and compensation package : This is a contract, remote, part-time position. The hourly rate is approximately $50-$75/hr.
