Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

• Conduct thorough legal research using to support litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings with precision and clarity.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel regarding case developments.
• Negotiate settlements in personal injury cases, ensuring clients' best interests are represented.
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.
