Litigation Attorney (Senior, Partner, or Of Counsel)

McNamara Smith is a small firm of accomplished attorneys with national experience and expertise across multiple practice areas, including White Collar and Regulatory Defense, Internal Investigations, Complex Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, and Regulatory Receiverships and Monitorships. Most of our work is in federal court and we focus on only a limited number of complex investigations and cases at any one time.

The firm is looking for a partner-level attorney with significant experience directing complex investigations and cases, a willingness to take ownership of matters, and the ability to efficiently lead small teams of lawyers and paraprofessionals often in time-sensitive situations. Excellent academic credentials and exceptional analysis and writing skills. Most of the firm’s work is in federal court, therefore substantial federal experience is of particular interest. The ideal candidate will have some portable business and the promise, energy and ability to grow that business with the firm’s assistance.

Base salary ranges from $195,000 to $295,000 with discretionary bonuses based on the success of the firm and individual contribution/production. The compensation range will be higher for those candidates with substantial portable business.
