Responsibilities

Represent clients in various litigation matters related to real estate and construction law, from case inception through trial and appeal if necessary.
Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Prepare and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations to advocate for clients' interests effectively.
Collaborate with the litigation support team, including paralegals and legal assistants, to ensure smooth case management and timely filing of documents.
Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods to achieve favorable outcomes for clients when appropriate.
Keep clients informed about case developments and provide strategic recommendations to achieve their goals.
Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting real estate and construction litigation.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
