We deliver responsive claims management, local expertise, and unmatched service to public entities including county governments, municipalities, utilities, and housing authorities across the state.

  • Provide risk-control feedback to internal teams when trends or preventable issues are identified.
  • Minimal travel to mediations or trials may be necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service to member entities—always timely, transparent, and helpful.
  • Assist with catastrophic events or high-priority losses when needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years adjusting experience in litigated claims (public entity experience preferred).

  • Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Tennessee as needed.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, including a credit check.

Preferred:
