The Law Offices of Wyatt & Associates P.L.L.C. represents employees and employers in employment-focused litigation disputes, including many cases related to alleged discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. The Firm is hiring a Litigation Coordinator to join our busy court litigation team and to assist with detailed project management and logistical support for court cases and other litigation-related matters.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative projects including, but not limited to, monitoring litigation deadlines on court cases within the Firm, working closely with attorneys on the court litigation and government agency teams to ensure deadlines are not in jeopardy and internal standard operating procedures are being followed, working closely with clients in gathering evidence for cases as required by agencies or courts or by attorneys, reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completeness, and other administrative tasks.
Attention to detail is vital, as this role is responsible for the processing and filing of legal documents accurately and in a timely manner.
A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment with multiple attorneys and important deadlines, and be able to work independently and with a pro-active “can do” mentality. The ability to “figure things out” and work efficiently to get things done is paramount. We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind jumping in wherever needed during busy periods. Strong project management skills are a must.

Sometimes overtime work (over 40 hours per week) is required. Overtime pay will be provided.
