Litigation Counsel - Employment

Job Summary

Dias & Associates, P.S.C., a boutique law firm serving as general counsel for a large healthcare company, is seeking a litigator to support its Kentucky employment liability practice.

Duties

• Defend a large healthcare company against employment liability claims in Kentucky state and federal courts, as well as in administrative forums.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and risk assessment to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Kentucky (in good standing).
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (civil or criminal); healthcare and/or employment liability experience is preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
