Litigation & Creditor’s Rights Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Litigation and Creditor’s Rights Attorney to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of complex matters from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience, with a emphasis on creditor’s rights
• Active license in Ohio and Kentucky
• Strong knowledge of state and federal collection laws, bankruptcy proceedings, and enforcement remedies
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team
• Professional judgment, attention to detail, and strong client communication skills
