Litigation Lawyer (3+ Years) — Case-Based Panel | Blackbull

Role Type: Contract / Case-based engagement (Litigation Panel)

Court Work: Mandatory (appearances, arguments, filings, conferences)

Blackbull is onboarding experienced litigation lawyers (minimum 3 years) to handle court matters end-to-end with strong English communication, confident advocacy, and outcome-focused execution. We want experts who understand results, timelines, and practical court strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from file intake to final hearings (as applicable).
• Draft and vet litigation documents: plaints/written statements, applications, affidavits, vakalatnama, rejoinders, written submissions, etc.
• Appear and argue before courts/tribunals as assigned; manage listings, dates, and court coordination.
• Client/case conferences, strategy notes, evidence planning, and briefing senior counsel (if required).
• Ensure strict compliance with:
• court procedure + limitation timelines,
• documentation completeness,
• confidentiality and conflict checks.
• Provide clear status updates and next-step action plans after every hearing/date.

Engagement & Payout Structure (Per File / Per Case)

A) Lead Litigation Lawyer (Primary Handling Counsel)

• ₹5,000 per file (office-approved case/file allocation)
• Must independently manage arguments, drafting quality, hearing readiness, and day-to-day case movement.

B) Additional Support Lawyers (Panel Associates)

• ₹2,000 per file (as per Blackbull requirement and allocation)
• Up to 25 members can be onboarded as additional support lawyers for drafting, filing support, research, and appearances where permitted/required.

Allocation and continuation depend on quality, turnaround time, court performance, and compliance.

Mandatory Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 3 years litigation experience with verifiable court exposure.
• Enrolled with the relevant State Bar Council / compliant to practice under Bar Council of India norms.
• Fluent English: drafting + speaking + arguing confidence.
• Strong courtroom presence, professional conduct, and ability to handle pressure.
• Ability to travel for court/office work as required (case dependent).

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

• Experience in commercial/civil litigation, recovery, arbitration support, consumer, cheque bounce, labor, property, or corporate disputes.
• Prior experience handling multiple matters with structured reporting.
• Familiarity with e-filing portals, cause list tracking, and matter management.

• Enrollment proof / Bar registration
• Writing samples (2–3 drafts: application/WS/affidavit/brief note)
• Case list / appearance summary (brief)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
