Job Title: Advocate Associate Litigation(male)-5+ yrs experience with law firm

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Experience Required: 5-7 years

Role Overview:
Dedicated Advocate Associate to support our litigation team, focusing on High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court, and Arbitration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle and manage litigation cases in various legal forums.

· Conduct trials, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and negotiate settlements, SoC, SoD, Sec- 17,11,9 and 29A

· Represent Client in court hearings and arbitrations.

· Research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions.

· Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.

· Collaborate with senior advocates and other associates on complex cases.

· Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

· Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.

• 5-7 years of litigation experience in Bombay High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court and Arbitration.

· Comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and court systems.

· Strong analytical and research skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools.

· Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
