Litigation Paralegal

Rusing Lopez & Lizardi, PLLC is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal with 15 to 20 years of civil litigation experience.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Experience in all phases of the litigation process
• Proficient in e-Discovery (specifically ESI)
• Ability to effectively set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects for several attorneys
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Draft routine legal documents
• Manage multiple cases from start to trial
• Collect documents from various sources
• Review and analyze documents
• Assist with the preparation of depositions, including gathering and organizing exhibits
• Assist with trial preparation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Litigation: 10 years (Preferred)
