Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced PI Paralegal to handle litigation cases.

Prior experience working on personal injury cases is required. You will be expected to be able to work on various aspects of PI and other litigation cases independently with assistance and guidance from a supervising attorney.

Successful candidates will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience litigating cases.
• Strong communication skills
• Approachability and able to build rapport with clients to strengthen relationships
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage a large caseload
• Ability to collaborate with team members.
• Able to handle all aspects of litigation discovery with supervision.
• Familiarity with PACER, ODYSSEY, TYLERHOST, and ECF systems.
• Able to assist with written discovery
• Able to daft pleading from templets with attorney guidance.
• A Can-Do attitude and ability to work in a team environment with other staff members and attorneys.
• Accountability
• Accessibility and a willingness to take calls after hours or on weekends if necessary
• Experience assisting attorneys prepare for trials preferred but not required.

Pay listed is a base salary which does not include additional opportunities for bonuses.
