Litigation Paralegal – Full Time
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Shapiro Law Team is a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. We represent victims who have been innocently injured in motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, defective products, gas explosions, and medical malpractice cases. We are not afraid to take on large corporations or government entities when their negligence causes harm to our clients.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, motivated team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Review incoming IDS to ensure all exhibits are provided by opposing counsel
• Bates stamp documents
• Draft, edit, and review pleadings
• Send lien letters
• Open and manage Medicare claims
• Draft complaints, initial pleadings, discovery, disclosures, and supplemental documents (motions, subpoenas, etc.)
• Communicate with clients regarding the litigation process and discovery
• Maintain consistent and professional client communication
• Calendar all case-related deadlines

Qualifications:

• Experience in personal injury law required (3 years minimum)
• Background in medical malpractice or trucking litigation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Needles, and Dropbox
• Willingness to take direction and follow instructions
• Motivated team player eager to grow professionally
• Flexibility to assist in multiple roles as needed in a small business environment

Education:
