Litigation Paralegal Opportunity – Vlasac & Cassidy, LLC (Hamilton, NJ)

Position: Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Salary: $55,000 – $80,000
Schedule: Full-time, On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time on-site Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with 2–5 years of PI litigation experience. This role supports attorneys with a high-volume caseload, managing files from intake through trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation files, from initial intake to trial preparation
• Draft, revise, and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, discovery demands, and responses
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Organize, review, and summarize medical records
• Maintain and update attorney calendars; track deadlines and ensure compliance
• Provide proactive support to attorneys and function effectively both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of personal injury litigation experience required
• Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management systems
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
