What You’ll Do

You will support attorneys throughout the case lifecycle and be a steady, trusted point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with clients involved in vehicle crashes and work injuries
• Request, organize & evaluate medical records
• Manage District & Circuit Court filings (MD & D.C.)
• E-file through MDEC & Odyssey
• Draft discovery, pleadings, and litigation support documents
• Track deadlines and structure files for success
• Assist occasionally with firm outreach events to support our community
• Take ownership of additional tasks that help us serve our clients well

What You Bring

• 3+ years of PI or Workers’ Comp litigation paralegal experience (Required)
• Experience with MDEC and Odyssey (Required)
• Strong communication, empathy, and client service skills
• Highly organized and detail-driven; you think ahead
• Proficiency with case-management software, Word, Excel, and PDF editing
• Associate’s degree or higher
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Dc Workers' Compensation skills are a plus
