Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Homeowner’s Insurance Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process.

Duties

  • Assist Litigation Attorneys in managing litigation calendars, including scheduling depositions, hearings, and court deadlines.
  • Prepare, format, and timely E-File pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents in compliance with court rules.
  • Maintain and organize case files, correspondence, and evidence in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Draft and prepare subpoenas, deposition notices, and hearing binders.
  • Coordinate scheduling of hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including maintaining files, drafting correspondence, opening mail, photocopying, and managing incoming/outgoing calls.
  • Arrange and coordinate attorney travel and appointments as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the litigation team.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on homeowner’s insurance litigation strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in E-Filing systems and knowledge of court procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,203.41 - $77,277.22 per year
