Litigation Paralegal

Insurance defense firm seeks a full-time paralegal for our Litigation Practice Group with a minimum of 3 years of litigation defense experience for our Fairfield, CA location. Qualified candidates must have a BA/BS degree or Paralegal Certificate in compliance with Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §6450, knowledge of California and Federal civil procedure, ability to communicate with a diverse group of attorneys, staff, and clients, and to provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact while safeguarding confidentiality, ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints, ability to read and write in order to complete office correspondence and necessary forms and summarize records, analytical skills necessary to conduct detailed analysis of legal matters, and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
