Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 2–5 years of civil litigation experience—ideally gained in a high-volume litigation or collections environment. The successful candidate will support our expanding Texas litigation practice by preparing legal documents, managing e-filings and deadlines, and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare court-pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and related litigation documents
  • File documents using Texas e-filing systems accurately and timely
  • Manage case dockets, calendars, and litigation deadlines
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, and case strategy
  • Maintain organized case files and assist with document management
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience in Texas
  • Proficiency with Texas e-filing procedures
  • Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Familiarity with Texas court rules and litigation processes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with collections litigation or practice in a high-volume firm
  • Ability to speak Spanish (preferred but not required)
  • Trial preparation experience

Pay: $56,835.62 - $68,447.20 per year
