Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview
Campbell, Trohn, Tamayo & Aranda PA is seeking to add a Paralegal experienced in a litigation practice, preferable personal injury. Must have Paralegal Certification, or eligibility to be certified, to be considered.

Duties

  • Support Attorneys in legal office; Transcription.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings; Compile and organize information; Gather exhibits.
  • Prepare written reports.
  • Draft pleadings and motions filed in court.
  • Scheduling of office conferences, depositions, hearings, and mediations.
  • Organize and track files from case documents and make them available and easily accessible to attorneys.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic software functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven paralegal experience in litigation or a related field is required.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
  • Proficient in legal research techniques and tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw).
  • Experience with document review processes and legal case management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
